On the basis of these General Terms and Conditions (GTC), the customer and greenco UG (limited liability), represented by Jakob Kasprowiak & Marc Schlömann (address: Bahnweg 3a, 95448 Bayreuth; commercial register: Bayreuth; commercial register number: HRB6315; sales tax identification number: DE305072659), hereinafter referred to as the provider, the contract is concluded.
This contract regulates the sale of new goods from the area / areas of online trade with goods of all kinds, in particular tea and tea accessories, via the provider's online shop. For the details of the respective offer, reference is made to the product description on the offer page.
The contract is only concluded in electronic business transactions via the shop system. The offers presented represent a non-binding invitation to submit an offer through the customer order, which the provider can then accept.

Retention of title
Until full payment, the delivered goods remain the property of the provider.
The provider reserves the right not to provide the promised service in the event that the service is not available.
Prices, shipping costs, return costs
All prices are final prices and include the statutory sales tax. In addition to the final prices, there are additional costs depending on the shipping method, which are displayed before the order is sent. No shipping costs are charged in Germany and Austria for orders of € 29,95 or more. Otherwise, a shipping fee of € 3,50 within Germany and € 4,90 for Austria will be charged. For all other countries, the flat-rate shipping fee is always € 9,90.
If a right of withdrawal exists and this is exercised, the customer bears the costs of the return. The shipping is done by DHL. We currently only ship within the EU.
Terms of payment
The customer only has the following options for payment: PayPal, credit card (Visa & Master Card), Klarna SOFORT transfer, Klarna purchase on account, payment with Amazon, prepayment, Google Pay, Apple Pay. Further payment methods are not offered and will be rejected.
The invoice amount will be collected by the provider by direct debit on the basis of the direct debit authorization by the customer from his specified account. When using an escrow service / payment service provider, this enables the provider and customer to process the payment among each other. The trustee service / payment service provider forwards the customer's payment to the provider. Further information is available on the website of the respective trustee service / payment service provider. When paying by credit card, the customer must be the cardholder. The credit card is charged after the order has been placed. Payment is due from the invoice date without deduction. When paying in advance, the invoice amount must be transferred within 3 working days. The invoicing is done electronically by e-mail.
The goods will be dispatched immediately upon receipt of the order.
The dispatch takes place on average after 1 day at the latest. The entrepreneur undertakes to deliver on the 5th day after receipt of the order. The standard delivery time is 3 days, unless otherwise stated in the item description. The provider sends the order from its own warehouse as soon as the entire order is in stock there.
If the provider is not responsible for a permanent obstacle to delivery, in particular force majeure or non-delivery by its own supplier, although a corresponding hedging transaction was concluded in good time, the provider has the right to withdraw from a contract with the customer. The customer will be informed immediately and services received, in particular payments, will be reimbursed.
Consumers are entitled to a statutory right to liability for defects in accordance with the relevant provisions of the German Civil Code (BGB) for the services offered.

In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (greenco UG, Bahnweg 3a, 95448 Bayreuth) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear declaration (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or email). In order to comply with the revocation period, it is sufficient to send the notification of the exercise of the right of revocation before the end of the revocation period.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will have given you all payments that we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of the additional costs that result from choosing a different type of delivery than the inexpensive standard delivery offered by us have), to be repaid immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your cancellation of this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless something else was expressly agreed with you; In no case will you be charged any fees for this repayment. We can refuse the repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have sent the goods back, whichever is earlier.
You must return or hand over the goods to greenco UG, Bahnweg 3a, 95448 Bayreuth immediately and in any case no later than fourteen days from the date on which you informed us of the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.
They bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
End of withdrawal
Claims for damages of the customer are excluded, unless otherwise stated for the following reasons. This also applies to the representative and vicarious agents of the provider, if the customer raises these claims for damages. Excluded are claims for damages of the customer due to injury to life, limb, health or essential contractual obligations, which must necessarily be fulfilled in order to achieve the contractual objective. Likewise, this does not apply to claims for damages after grossly negligent or intentional breach of duty by the provider or his legal representative or vicarious agent.
Language, jurisdiction and applicable law
The contract is written in German. The further implementation of the contractual relationship takes place in German. It exclusively applies the law of the Federal Republic of Germany. For consumers, this applies only insofar as this does not restrict any statutory provisions of the state in which the customer has his domicile or habitual residence. The place of jurisdiction for disputes with customers who are not a consumer, a legal entity under public law or a special fund under public law is the registered office of the provider.
In connection with the initiation, conclusion, processing and reversal of a purchase contract on the basis of these terms and conditions, the provider collects, stores and processes data. This takes place within the framework of the statutory provisions. The provider does not pass on any personal data of the customer to third parties, unless he is legally obliged to do so or the customer has expressly consented in advance. If a third party is used for services in connection with processing processing, the provisions of the Federal Data Protection Act will be complied with. The data communicated by the customer in the course of the order will only be processed to establish contact within the framework of contract processing and only for the purpose for which the customer made the data available. The data will only be passed on to the shipping company that is responsible for delivering the goods as required. The payment data will be passed on to the credit institute commissioned with the payment. Insofar as the provider has retention periods of a commercial or tax nature, the storage of some data can take up to ten years. During the visit to the provider's internet shop, anonymized data, which do not allow any conclusions to be drawn about personal data and are also not intended, in particular IP address, date, time, browser type, operating system and pages visited, are logged. At the request of the customer, personal data will be deleted, corrected or blocked in accordance with the statutory provisions.
