Shipping policy

The dispatch takes place carbon neutral and insured through our logistics partner DHL

• Free Shipping to Germany from €29,95 and to Austria from €49,90 order value 
• For orders under €29,95, the shipping costs are €4,90 within Germany
• Usually we send your goods Within 24 hours.

• For all other countries within the EU, a shipping fee of €9,90 applies. Outside the EU 12,90.
  

• Customs and Taxes: For countries outside the EU and EU countries that are not part of the European Customs Union, customs duties and taxes (e.g. import sales tax) apply. These customs duties and taxes must be paid by the customer (purchaser). We do not charge sales tax to customers from countries outside the EU and EU countries that are not part of the European Customs Union.
