Matcha Chia Pudding - easy, quick & delicious
In this recipe we will show you how you can quickly and easily prepare a delicious chia pudding with matcha.
What is chia pudding
Chia pudding is not a classic pudding in the actual sense, but swollen chia seeds. Chia seeds, like matcha, are among the so-called superfoods. Chia seeds have a high fiber content and are therefore very filling and a great way to add important nutrients to muesli or yogurt. In addition, this recipe comes into its own thanks to the bright green Matcha powder and is ideal as a delicious breakfast for a good start to the day.
Ingredients:
- 250ml almond, soy, oat or classic cow milk
- 4 tablespoons of chia seeds
- 1 teaspoon vanilla powder
- Optional: a sweetener like hoing or agave syrup (depending on your taste)
- 1 handful of raspberries
- 1 teaspoon matcha powder
We recommend ours for this recipe Matcha Gourmet, which is particularly suitable for this recipe due to its strong and aromatic taste and is also characterized by its very good price-performance ratio.
Preparation:
- First, the almond, soy, oat or cow milk is mixed with the vanilla powder and the Matcha Gourmet Powder mixed. The easiest way to do this is with a small hand mixer or milk frother.
- Then the milk enriched with matcha is added to the chia seeds and mixed well. Depending on your taste, other sweeteners such as hoing or agave syrup can be added at this point.
- Then the chia seeds have to soak in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
- After swelling, the whole thing can be nicely garnished with fruit or fruit before serving. At this point we have decided on delicious raspberries, which give the recipe a particularly beautiful visual note.
A delicious breakfast is ready!
The Chia Matcha pudding can be kept in the refrigerator for a few days and can therefore also be prepared the evening before.
