Matcha panna cotta

Panna Cotta - who doesn't love this classic Italian dessert? We were inspired by this recipe and conjured up a Matcha version: Matcha Panna Cotta! And best of all, it's easy to prepare and tastes delicious!


  • 400 ml whipped cream
  • 200g mascarpone
  • 1 vanilla pod
  • 4 leaves gelatin
  • 30g sugar
  • 3 tsp matcha powder (we recommend: Matcha Zen or Matcha Gourmet)


  1. Heat the whipped cream & mascarpone with sugar, stirring constantly
  2. Add the gelatine dissolved in water
  3. Add the vanilla flakes from the vanilla pod
  4. Add matcha powder and stir everything well
  5. Pour into a glass or vessel of your choice
  6. Place in the refrigerator for 4 hours

After the matcha panna cotta has cooled down, garnish with fruits, berries or chocolate and serve. Your matcha dessert is ready!

Our tip: Instead of matcha powder and sugar, you can also use ours Matcha latte mix use. This contains coconut blossom sugar, which, thanks to its low glycemic index, causes fewer blood sugar fluctuations.
