In this delicious Matcha recipe we show you how to hArchy pancakes with a delicious matcha cream made from cream cheese can refine. The fine green tea aroma harmonizes particularly well with the unusual topping of salmon, avocado and spring onions.
1. First the pancakes are prepared. To do this, flour and milk are first mixed together in a bowl. Then a large egg is folded into this mass and the whole thing is seasoned with a pinch of salt. The pancakes are then fried in a lightly greased pan until the edges are golden brown.
2. Next, the matcha cream is made from 150g cream cheese and 1,5 teaspoons of matcha Zen prepared. Simply smooth out the cream cheese in a bowl and sieve the matcha powder over the cream cheese. The whole thing is then mixed together until a nice, creamy and uniformly green cream is created.
3. The base is now being prepared. The smoked salmon is adjusted to the size of the pancakes and the avocado is cut into slices. The spring onions are chopped into small rings.
4. Finally, the golden-brown pancakes are evenly coated with the delicious Matcha cream cheese cream and topped with smoked salmon and avocado. Depending on your taste, the whole thing is garnished with spring onions and, if necessary, seasoned with salt and pepper. Finished!
